Are your products handmade?
Yes ! All of our products are handmade In small batches to ensure fresh and long lasting products.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in Hackney, London with Ethically sourced ingredients from around the world.
How Long do Solina skincare Products last?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12months, however please go by what is described on each product online or on the product itself.
Are your products Vegan?
All Solina Skincare Products are handmade in small batches to ensure each product is high quality and long lasting. We do not condone testing on animals. All our ingredients are 100% Vegan, Unrefined, Organic, natural and cruelty free.
My Body butter arrived melted; can I still use it?
Yes, you can still use it. Solina skincare body butters might melt during transit especially during warmer seasons but if you put it in the fridge, it will harden back up and ready to use. Consistency may change but the benefits will always be the same.
I have super sensitive skin, will I still be able to use your products?
Yes! We use sensitive friendly ingredients for out products for those with sensitive skin. some if not most of our products contains no fragrance or colour to minimise any possible allergens.

Where is my order?
Solina Skincare will send all products by royal mail tracked 48, this means that your package will be tracked and delivered within 2-3 working days after dropping off.
How can I Track my package?
When we ship your order you will receive a tracking number via email/ Text so that you can track your parcel. If your parcel says delivered and you have not yet received it, we recommend you contact your local post office with your tracking information first before informing us. Solina skincare takes pride in packaging your orders with lots of care and love. We always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we take it to the post office.
